Debbie Baughman is a freelance writer with a variety of interests. She is a lifelong learner who is curious about many subjects. Her passion for writing has lead to publication of numerous short stories and articles. Additionally, she has written two children’s chapter books and is currently working on the third in a series.

Debbie is originally from Texas. While working in the telecommunications industry, Debbie has traveled extensively for years and has visited more than half of the fifty United States. While traveling, she visited many common tourist destinations and some unique locales.

She earned a BA in Management and Organizational Development. Some of her many hobbies include baking, playing golf, reading, and hiking.

She has owned animals all her life. Presently, she owns an Airedale terrier who thinks he is a child. Gardening is another interest that has been enjoyable, as well as a creative outlet.
